My go to garage now, no messing around, honest and to the point! No bs messing me around coz im a woman like ive found with other mechanics (if any woman is worried about this mk12 autos made me feel comfortable as soon as i walked through the door!). Definitely the place to go! I recently went here to get an alignment and they told me it was actually my tyres that were the issue with the steering wheel pull and heavy vibration. MK7 VW Golf Turbo Actuator Fault I would like to say thank you to the team at MK12. They helped get my car back on the road without any hassle or expensive bills. They went above and beyond to do this repair as its something they usually wouldn't do due to time and cost. I spoke to Ravi who was recommended to me by a friend and he got the car sorted in a matter of hours. Part was ordered at 9am and car was fully fixed and repaired by 12 noon. A job the would have taken VW days to fix. Also don't trust the main dealer because they will quote you nonsense and make you pay for parts that don't need changing. Needed an urgent checkup on my car as coolant warning light was on. Coolant leaking. Ravi fitted me in despite being busy already. It took two days to change the water pump and timing belt but the problem was fixed along with some worn rear brakes. Service above and beyond. Thank you again and I shall be returning. Ravi, at MK12 Autocare provided the best service from a garage I have ever received. His kindness, and genuine desire to help, was evident from the moment I arrived for my MOT. MK12 Autocare were fantastic when doing an MOT on my vehicle. We’d all be lying if we said our MOT expiring hasn’t caught us out at least once in our life… well mine snuck up on me! Thanks to their online booking service via their website, I booked my MOT on a Sunday, 2 days before it expired… most other garages couldn’t fit me in for a week! The MOT itself was done within 45 minutes and thankfully had passed! Quick, efficient, friendly! They even have a small waiting room where you could wait and work from there if needs be! Explained the difference of mot’ing a regular car compared to my awd car and to preventative measures to ensure they didn’t damage the 4wd system. I couldn't be happier with MK12 Autocare.  I needed my car fixed fast, and despite a full schedule they took my car in, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it the same day.  I know it was something that ended up being a pretty simple repair, but just their willingness to help me out when in a bind shows that they are willing to go above and beyond to provide good service.  They kept in touch with me throughout the day to let me know what was wrong and called as soon as the car was ready.  The service is top notch, and the prices were extremely reasonable, which means a lot these days. First time trying mk12 autocare for MOT service. Was able to book online and the staff all seemed really friendly and knowledgeable. Car passed MOT and I was given detailed explanation on the advisories with no pressure to book in there and then. Great advice given on options on those advisories too. Five stars and highly recommended. Great friendly business, now under new ownership (since last time I attended). I needed work doing after an MOT fail (I work nights and left them to it). Very efficient and, as there was an additional caliper required, rather than wake me up they did the job and gave me photographic proof of what was needed. I know nothing about cars so just agree with what I am told, but I work with someone who used to run a garage a few years ago. He checked the invoice and said that all the parts were priced fairly, and labour charge was good. Ravi takes care of me every time I visit. He went out of his way to perform the MOTs within 24 hours and even brought in an extra engineer on a Saturday morning to get both MOTs done by lunchtime.  Very impressed at this level of service. I had really great service here when I took my car for an MOT. The extra work needed was carried out quickly and of course the car passed. The costs were very reasonable and bang on the quoted price. MK Autocar went above and beyond for me today. The clutch went on my car last night. Other garages were telling me they could book it in for early next week. MK Autocar diagnosed and repaired it on the day for a reasonable price and even stayed on 45 minutes after their closing time so they could finish and I could have the car back this evening without being stranded (I live rurally and am very dependent on the car). Took my car there this week for an MOT. Work was carried out on my car by Wayne, he did an absolute fantastic job! I had a very annoying knocking noise coming from my passenger side, many garages had told me I needed to replace my top mounts but this did not fix the problem.
